This is the house I went to view, I liked it.
It was bought in November 2001 for £66,950. The asking price is £139,950, valuation at £132 and they probably want £135. I was thinking of offering £129.

OF all the places I've seen this is BY FAR the nicest - it flicks my switch and floats my boat in many ways, for example it's not too huge unlike say 29, Coulston Road which I also liked, nor is it as closed in as some of the old mill workers cottages - or as huge as the other place I saw which was too big with great views but no yard. It's a cul-de-sac and close to town, big back road (not mancy rubbish strwn lane) with anough space to park, south facing yard and all OK.
Some BIG QUESTIONS though - structurally and so on. The seller is moving end of the year to a new job so wants to sell. No Previous surveys though and I recon cut out the middle man and go straight for a structural at around £300.
Need to find out why the bathroom has separate gas heater not central heating - is the boiler at capacity, other questions included below.
Would def want some furnishings etc. chucked in.
